Electrical compliance
Inspection and testing is one of the most important actions that is often overlooked by most people and companies. Inspection and testing of circuits and appliances is in fact a legal obligation under the HASWR- Health and Safety at Work Regulation 1974 and the EAWR- Electricity at Work Regulation of 1989. Both regulations state the importance of keeping appliances and fixed wiring safe to use and in good order. Fixed wire testing and PAT testing which is done by our experienced engineers.
Landlord/estate agents
It is soon becoming a legal obligation for landlords and person's renting out a domestic property to have an electrical test-EICR. LLS Electrical can offer full electrical tests and any remedial action required at a discounted rate. All landlords will receive full certification apon completion of a satisfactory certificate.
Emergency lighting tests
Subject to risk assesments, most buildings commercial, industrial, communal area's and escape routes in HMO flats require emergency lights. Emergency lights have a requirement to be tested to make sure that they operate under mains failure/lighting failure for 3 hours. We offer a full test with certification and log sheets. We also offer advice on remedial works which may be required if any have failed or if they don't meet the required standard. We also offer full design and installation if a building doesn't have any emergency lights.

Keep our homes and family safe is one of the most important things we all do. We install wired smoke alarms which are more reliable than battery powered smoke alarms.

If anything fails a compliance test, we can carry out repairs and small works to make sure your building will comply, full certification will be supplied apon sucessful completion.
